THE CITY OF BEL-RIDGE IS SOLICITING QUALIFICATIONS TO PERFORM ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT MAYBELLE DRIVE. SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN APRIL 20TH, 2023 AT 12 PM AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: 8920 NATURAL BRIDGE ROAD, ST. LOUIS, MO. 63121.
THE CITY OF BEL-RIDGE FOR RFQ FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
DOCUMENTS AND MATERIAL SUBMITTED TO THE CITY OF BEL-RIDGE SHALL INCLUDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE FOLLOWING.
1. Ability to perform relevant surveys and/or testing
2. Ability to assist the developer with getting approval for development from necessary government
agencies and utility companies
3. Ability to provide ADA-compliant solutions to various project-specific concerns
4. Ability to attend meetings with project stakeholders, government agencies, and collaborating
organizations
5. Specialized experience and technical competence of the firm related to this project
6. Documentation of status as a registered design professional in the State of Missouri or other
professional licenses
7. Record the past performance of the firm regarding such factors as accessibility to clients,
quality of work, and ability to meet deadlines
8. The firm’s proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located
9. If applicable, the indication of the firm’s status as MBE/WBE/DBE/Section 3
10. Ability to itemize the cost of services on a per-item and per-unit basis
11. References from previous clients served within the past five years
_The CITY OF BEL-RIDGE will make a representative available for review of the project area
at the solicitee’s request. Questions and/or appointment requests may be directed to

No qualifications shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the submission
date without the consent of the solicitor.
_THE CITY OF BEL-RIDGE___ reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications, to waive minor
informalities or irregularities in submission materials, to solicit or advertise for new
qualifications, or to execute the project by other means, as may be determined to be in the best
interest of the solicitor. Multiple contract awards may result from this solicitation if deemed
beneficial to the solicitor.
